Q. Payment Methods?

A. Shipping within the United States may take up to 5-7 business days. Expect shipping fees and taxes to be added to your order at the end of your checkout. 

 

After checkout, please give at least 3-5 business days for processing time and implementation of tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. 


Q. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?

A. After package(s) are dropped off at the post office, Shayla J Beauty no longer has responsibility over the items. However, you will be provided with tracking information to track your items and have the opportunity to view their expected arrival date. In the event that you do not receive your package, please contact your local post office for further details.

Q. WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

​

A. If an item arrives to you and is damaged (must be within 12 hours), please do NOT hesitate to contact info@shaylajbeauty.com with your order confirmation number and pictures of the damaged item. Although you will not receive a refund, you will however, be rewarded with an exchange of a brand new item of similar value.

Q. What do the glosses consist of?

​

A. Shayla J Beauty uses vegan, cruelty free ingredients when making the glosses. These glosses are 100% handmade and are well suited for diverse groups of individuals. Additionally, all oils used are organic and are of high quality.

Q. What kind of lashes are sold?

​

A. The lashes being sold are absolutely 100% cruelty-free mink lashes.

Q. What should I do if my body butter arrives melted?

​

A. Unfortunately, melting can occur anytime during transit of body butters at about 75 degrees and higher. Although we do everything we can to limit the chance of our body butters from melting (by shipping with ice packs and thermal insulated liners), the unfortunate truth is that there is always a "chance". So, we highly recommend moving the body butters inside of the house as soon as they are delivered. If your butter has melted, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, or you can place it in the freezer for about 5 minutes until it solidifies. Your butter will be completely solid, all air pockets will be removed (it may appear as though you're missing some product but you aren't), it will maintain its scent and same effectiveness, and therefore, it can still be used.
